I have been dealing with Mike and his team for a few years. Each team member is very personable and very professional. I would describe the firm as prompt Solution Providers. Any questions are clearly answered and very enlightening. The firm is prompt to respond to any needs. The installation was seamless and all precautions to furniture/fixtures/wood flooring was adhered 110%--no make that 150%!
Update 29 Sep 23: Had a clogged pipe. The time it took to have the matter resolved was " as good as it gets". Thanks again!

Unexpected problem with a recently Balan-installed Bosch QV unit.
Qualified staff (Fernando) immediately determined the problem. Action-plan/follow-up implemented to resolve.
